Terms & Conditions


  • Ensure you have selected the correct item in the correct colors / sizes before proceeding to check out. Nassa will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed.
  • Orders will be shipped out within 1 -2 working days upon payment verifications.
  • For sales and general enquiries, kindly email us at admin@shopnassa.com with your order number. Do allow us up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and PH) to respond to enquiry emails. Rest assured we will attend to your emails as soon as we can.
  • All the payments will be verified within 24 hours unless we are overseas.


We currently accept the following payment modes:

1. Internet banking to DBS Savings Plus 006-7-055194 n 24 hours of your order.

2. Credit Card

WEF 01 Dec 2015, we don't accept ATM transfers.


After the transfer has been made, please reply to the order confirmation email within 24 hours since the receipt of an invoice with the following payment details:

®     Internet banking nickname (only for Internet Banking)

®     Order number

®     Transferred amount

®     Date & Time of transfer:

®     Transaction reference number

®     Snapshot of successful payment transfer

If you do not submit payment details within 24 hours since the receipt of an invoice, we will not be held responsible if your order is cancelled.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.


As items are mass produced, measurements stated in our product description may vary 0.5"-0.75” and it is measured to the best accuracy. Please take note that UK sizing can only serve as a rough estimate and cannot be taken as a comprehensive guide.

In the case above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@shopnassa.com and send your item to: Blk 925 #03-273 Tampines St.91 Singapore 520925.

In case of item defects, please kindly email us at admin@shopnassa.com within 14 working days of receiving the item(s). Email must include snapshots of the area of defect clearly.

It will not be considered as a defective item if:

a) it is a small dot;

b) it is a raw thread.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
