How long does the shopping cart hold on to the item(s) before we proceed to check out?

The shopping cart will not secure your items until you have checked out your items.

How do we know if we have already secured the item(s)?

An invoice will be sent to your email account once you have secured your items.

How do I update my payment details after I have transferred for the invoice?

Please reply to the order confirmation email within 24 hours since the receipt of an invoice with the following payment details:

®     Internet banking nickname (only for Internet Banking)

®     Order number

®     Transferred amount

®     Date & Time of transfer:

®     Transaction reference number

®     Snapshot of successful payment transfer

WEF 01 Dec 2015, we don't accept ATM transfers.

If I do not update my payment details within 24 hours, what will happen to the order?

Your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be back in the system for other buyers to cart out.

What should I do if I cannot make payment within 24 hours but am still interested to get the item?

If you cannot make payment within 24 hours, please email us at sales@shopnassa.com to extend the deadline for you.

If I back out from the transaction, will I get blacklisted?

Yes, repeated dead buyers will be blocked from the system.

How does a backorder work?

A backorder is opened if there is great demand for a certain item which is sold out. Backorders usually take 4 weeks to arrive from the date of the backorder closure date. Paid orders will be included so please do make payment before the backorder closing date. Otherwise, your order might not be secured. There can be unexpected delays. You can refer to our backorder status regularly.

What are the modes of payment accepted?

Internet banking and Credit Card.

How long will it take for my payment to be verified?

All the payments will be verified within 24 hours unless we are overseas.

How long will my parcel take to be mailed out after my payment is being verified?

Orders will be shipped out within 1 -2 working days upon payment verifications. An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. 

Where can I check my registered article number?

Please email us at sales@shopnassa.com if you wish to enquire about your registered article number. We will only be able to provide you with the number after you receive the ‘item shipped’ email from us.

What if my normal mail parcel is lost?

We regret that we will not be held liable for lost normal mails. We will keep a lookout for your return parcel and let you know if there is any. We strongly advice registered or Smart Pac postage for a secure delivery.

Is there any free registered mail for local orders?

Free registered mail will be provided for local orders amounting to $80 and above.

Is there any free shipping for international orders?

Free international shipping will be provided for international orders amounting to $200 and above

For International shipping, how will the shipping cost be calculated?

Overseas shipping will be charged according to weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out. See the below table for the international shipping price:

What to do if I did not claim the parcel and it is sent back to Nassa?

For all unclaimed parcels by the customers (either normal mail or registered mail) that are sent back to us, the customer needs to top up for postage before we will re-send it out again.

What should I do if my items are defective?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@shopnassa.com and send your item to: Blk 925 #03-273 Tampines St.91 Singapore 520925.

In case of item defects, please kindly email us at admin@shopnassa.com within 14 working days of receiving the item(s). Email must include snapshots of the area of defect clearly.

Can I do an exchange if the sizing/fitting does not fit me?

We apologize but no exchanges are allowed for the wrong sizing. Do take note of the measurements prior to purchasing.

Where should I return the product?

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Blk 925 #03-273 Tampines St.91 Singapore SG 520925. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
